Hi, I am Valeria.

I’m a documentary and storytelling photographer based in Timișoara, Romania, originally from the Republic of Moldova. My background in art and design shapes the way I approach photography — with attention to emotion, body language, color, and the relationship between people and space.

I work with individuals, artists, and small cultural spaces who want images that feel honest and grounded, not staged or overly polished. My approach is calm and minimally intrusive, which allows people to relax and be themselves. Instead of directing every detail, I focus on observing carefully and responding to what naturally happens in front of the camera.

This way of working results in photographs that capture real expressions, subtle dynamics, and the atmosphere of a place or event. Whether it’s an artistic portrait, a street series, or an intimate gathering, my goal is to create images that feel authentic, emotionally clear, and lasting — photographs that reflect who you are and what the moment truly felt like.
